If you know anything about the vandalism of the Williamson County Confederate Monument, a reward is being offered.
The Williamson County Grays Camp #502, Sons of Confederate Veterans, is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the vandalism of the Confederate Monument on the Williamson County Courthouse grounds during the nights of May 12–13 and May 14, 2025.
The monument was defaced in two separate nighttime attacks by individuals who acted under cover of darkness. The second incident was captured on courthouse security camera footage, which has been turned over to law enforcement.
These cowardly acts are not just crimes—they are direct attacks on our community’s heritage and the memory of our local veterans.
